    1. Tell us which country you are sending your money to, and how much you want to send. Our handling fees and the agreed mid-market exchange rate will be calculated and displayed for you. Add the recipient's details such as their name and bank account number, or simply choose from the list of recipients you have sent to in the past.
    2. Make a local bank transfer, or use other available means of local payment to transfer the money.
    3. Once we confirm your payment, your money will arrive at the recipient's end within hours. Both you and your recipient will be notified by SMS when the money is sent and received.

    FinLink is to operate as a Money Service Operator authorized by Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department.
    We employ industry leading, institutional grade data encryption technology, so that your smartphone or PC will only communicate with FinLink once the internet connection has been authenticated.
    We keep customer money in ring-fenced bank accounts separately from our operation accounts, and apparently, we only use accounts from trusted and recognized banks and institutions.
